IMTI has set a working plan for the coming year including ongoing programs/projects initiated in the past years and potential ones.
The ongoing programs/projects include:
- Transparency & Accountability Program
- Organization Development Assignment for Notre Dame University
- Mobilizing the Lebanese Youth in support of Recovery/Rehabilitation Operations, within the Framework of Good Governance for Eastern and
- Western Zawtar Villages
- Policy Innovation for Leadership & Reform (PILLAR
- Assessing the Role of the Nurse as Health Educator
- Organizational Development & Technical Assistance to Oum El Nour Association; and
- Provision of basic management course for the Accelerated Vocational Training program of the YMCA/Lebanon.
The potential programs/projects comprise:
- Provision of technical assistance to the Lebanese civil society under AFKAR2 project funded by the EC;
- Provision of management training services to the Lebanese parliament staff;
- “Sub-Regional Knowledge Hub on Harm Reduction” in collaboration with the YMCA /Lebanon, SIDC and the WHO;
- Provision of management training services for the UNIFIL civilian staff;
- Provision of management training services for private sector firms (e.g. Bank Audi)
