At IMTI, we design programs around the specific needs and goals of our clients - be they industry, sector or even organization specific. Our programs include both consulting and training services.

Consulting Services:
At IMTI, our role is to identify the challenges facing our clients, recommend modifications and assist in the implementation of those changes. IMTI consulting services focus on the organizational development of a company, with particular attention to the following three areas:

•  Organizational strategies and plans – short and long term

•  Cross-functional communications and distribution

•  Organizational structure, reporting structure and intra-communication channels

IMTI consultants work closely with both individuals and departments, depending on need, to establish long-term, workable and measurable goals and action plans. Our aim is to ensure success within the organization and have that success translate into overall achievements in our customers particular business or sector.

Approach:
IMTIs consulting services are broken down into three segments:

•  Proposal: After meeting with our clients and evaluating their needs, IMTI submits a written proposal detailing our services, general observations, and an outline of the objectives, goals and procedures, and the estimated duration of the project.

•  Preliminary Structure/Procedure Design: Once we reach an agreement with our client, IMTI consultants begin gathering information on the organization and its operations. We then analyze and evaluate the information, and present our conclusions and recommendations to the client. We present an action-plan, along with the tools and processes needed to optimize and streamline day-to-day operations.

•  Detailed Structure/Procedure Design: After discussing with the client the proposed preliminary system design, fine-tuning the mission and goals set, IMTI consultants set about to complete the proposed agenda. The client works closely with IMTI team and is kept abreast of the changes and progress – to include also training clients staff where needed.

Training Services:
At IMTI, we pride ourselves in our custom-designed programs. We do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. We structure our programs to meet the particular challenges facing individual organizations and sectors. Our programs offer our clients the training they need to best position their staff and company/organization to meet the challenges of the new global economy. IMTI sessions are both dynamic and interactive.

IMTI is involved in the entire training cycle, including the design, packaging and delivery of both standard and customized training modules. The areas covered range in scope from marketing, sales, fundraising, financial management, public administration and personnel management to communication and leadership skills, motivation, decision-making and time management.

Approach:
We carry out our training services in four stages, tailored according to each clients specific needs:

•  Needs Assessment : At this stage of the process, we know your company and understand your specific goals and you have decided to work with IMTI . Our team sets about analyzing your organizations specific needs, strategic goals, corporate structure and implementation strategies . It involves field visits and interviews with select trainees. We then brief our IMTI consultants and trainers on your organizations operations, long-term goals and training needs.

•  Training Services Design: After the needs assessment, we determine – with the sup port of our client and our experts, a custom-designed curriculum and delivery approach that is best suited for the needs of the client. We take into account the profile of the participants – age group, experience, range of backgrounds, educational levels, job functions, etc.

•  Training Implementation: We favor interactive learning styles in our training. Our programs include action learning and interactive sessions. We have both the participants and design team evaluate the individual programs in order to improve on the quality of our training. As a follow-up, six months after a training program, we evaluate the success of the program.

•  Final Report: In our final report, we outline the process from start to finish. Included in the report are the challenges faced, progress made and recommendations for future action.
