> The International Management and Training Institute ( IMTI ) was established in 1988 as a division of the Young Mens Christian Association ( YMCA ) of Lebanon to serve the organizational development and management needs of both the public and private sectors in Lebanon and the Middle East. Today, it is a stand-alone not-for-profit civil company closely affiliated with the YMCA .
